integrates behavior change, nutritional guidance and fitness training. The Boot camp is 3 days a week for 4 week. 2 days a week we will there will be challenging fitness activities and 1 day will be set aside for education on supplements, nutrition, weight training, and form. At the end of every Boot Camp we play a game of flag football and a goodie bag will be given to all participants.
The days that BOOT CAMP: Starts May 2nd. Tuesday and Fridays at 7pm, Fridays at 8am. Location : 1170 Lance Rd Norfolk Va 23502 building #3 door 302.
