As a child I worked out with my dad. Time spent with him was spent at the gym and lifting weights.

Like many women though, once I had kids my weight got away from me and I lost focus on fitness and health. I hit my heaviest at age 25. Enough was enough. While my husband was deployed, I decided it was time to take back control of my life for me and for my kids. It took a lot of hard work and determination, but I did it and I’ve never looked back.

I never thought that I could drop the weight, when I did lose the weight, I wanted to see what else I can accomplish. I have done stage competitions, Powerlifting Meets, and I have completed my first spartan race.

My own personal success inspired me to earn personal training certifications so that I could empower others. Today, I take pride in helping people reach their personal fitness and health goals.
