The 12-week fitness transformation challenge is a program designed to help individuals achieve their fitness goals in a short amount of time. It involves a combination of exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle changes to promote overall health and wellness. Participants can expect to see improvements in their strength, endurance, and body composition and receive support from trainers and fellow challengers. The goal is to transform one's body and overall health, leading to a happier and more fulfilling life.

 It is important to commit fully to the challenge and follow the guidelines provided in order to achieve optimal results. With dedication and hard work, anyone can transform their body and improve their overall health and well-being through this program.

 


What to expect: March 1st to May 24th

  • Weekly workouts made specifically for your fitness level (beginner intermitted or advanced)

  • 12 weeks of nutrition guidance and training programing

  • Check ins 1 a week.

  • Private group chat support

  • Award dinner ceremony.

  • Access to the beast Den gym

  • 12 group workout sessions on Saturday Mornings at 9:30 am


Rules on how to win.

  • Must come to 10 out of the 12 Saturday classes, failure to appear will result in disqualification without refund. Must weigh in every two weeks.

  • Must complete the 12-week program anyone who does not complete the weekly workouts will be disqualified to win the cash prize and will not receive a refund.

  • Must make payment before the due date.

  • Follow the rules/ expectations.

  • Must take before and after pictures by trainer.

  • provide a description of your experience with the program, and what you’ve learned


Judging will be based off:

  • First place: Visible physical changes as well as BMI and weight

  • Second place: 2 out of the three

  • Third place: one out of the three

Cash Prize:

  •  1st place 300

  • 3rd place 100
