Personal Training

Beast Den personal training is different from any box gym in the Hampton Roads community. Here we customize your workouts and food guides by your body type to maximize your results. Schedule a consultation to see if the Beast Den is the right fit for your fitness goals.

Tier 3 program:

  •  Tier 1 programming: $ 400 a month for 3 months

  •    7 days a week programming for 90 days (Recovery Day Included)

  •     Weekly check-ins

  •    2 x a week workout session

  • Nutrition tracking and planning

Tier 2 programming:

  • Tier 2 Programing $ 300 a month for 5 months

  • 7 days a week programming in (Recovery Day Included)

  •   Weekly check ins

  • 1 workout session

  • Nutrition guidance

Tier 3 programming:

  • Teir 3 program$ 250 a month for 3 months

  • 4 days a week programing (Recovery Day Included)

  •   Weekly check-ins

  •   Nutrition tracking



Power lifting

Focuses on getting you stronger in Bench, Squats and Deadlift so they fill confident with each movement. Giving you more power and improvement on form and skill in all three movements. We will invest and entire train cycle to simply increase your strength, mobility, nutrition and recovery.

For 8 weeks of training 3 x a week

Obstacle run/ 5k, 10 k run

You want to train for your first Obstacle race, your first 5k, 10k. Want to feel good and prepared going into a race. We have a 10-week program where you will receive in person training 3 times a week. In addition to your training
